About Math Language
Our History
Founded in 2015, Math Language transforms how students experience math. Our curriculum empowers students with a strong math foundation and fluency where they begin by learning the language of math. Next, they engage in hands-on / experiential practice that builds deep understanding of the "why" and "how" of math. Only then do they start memorizing math concepts and formulas. We prepare our students to embrace rigor using logic, bravery, and critical thinking.
Math Language also understands that students learn better when fully supported by their village. We provide learning support to families and educators.
83% of ML students enter Algebra by 7th grade, putting them on track for Calculus by junior year.
